    在《再見瓦城》前導預告中，一開始就看到柯震東裸著黝黑的上半身，背影消瘦且打扮樸素、髮型也未作修飾，為新片改頭換面的他說過：「接下來的時間都留給《再見瓦城》。」 柯會出席９月５日在威尼斯影展舉行該片世界首映，該片12月９日全台上映。

  • 柯震東28日在大陸拍完電視劇《舞櫻》個人戲分，今將在台參加《再見瓦城》威尼斯影展行前記者會。他和吳可熙在《再》片中飾演從緬甸偷渡到泰國打工的情侶，２人為戲去緬甸實習，又到泰國受訓各２個月，沒有經紀人和助理在身旁，也不能住高級飯店，拍攝期間只有導演趙德胤和導演助理協助生活打理、看顧隨身物品，徹底融入工廠工人的生活，柯震東因此變瘦變黑，經紀人目測和現在差了10公斤，柯表示當地沒有體重計，「但從小到大，就去年拍戲時最瘦了」！

    在緬甸實習打工前，柯震東和吳可熙已在台學習１年的雲南方言，因此和當地人溝通無虞，但到了泰國，工人來自寮國、越南、泰國，沒有一種語言能暢行無阻，即使吳可熙學了一些泰語，仍只能比手畫腳溝通，生活和工作都充滿障礙，但趙德胤希望藉由這種「魔鬼訓練」，讓他們拋下明星光環及光鮮亮麗的城市生活，真實演出工人樣貌。
